Relax in the open-plan living areas of The Metalhouse. Featuring a modern kitchen with all the appliances and amenities you'll need. The expansive lounge area has three leather lounges, as well as a 150 inch projector and sound system connected to Foxtel. The dining area incorporates a custom-made wooden table that easily seats 12.

Sleeps 12 in comfort

Offering 5 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in-robe and ensuite. Another bathroom with a bath tub is located centrally within the home. Bedding configuration is 3 queen size beds, 5 single beds (bunks & trundle) and a double sofa-bed.

Enjoy the outdoors

Two huge glass doors open the living area out onto the front deck is built around a tee-tree and a lovely reflection pond with gold-fish. The front garden has a beautiful stand of Moonah trees . The side deck features a 12 seat outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and pizza oven. A newly renovated separate Studio complements the outdoor areas. It's a flexible space which includes a sofa-bed, bean-bags and a TV connected to Foxtel.

Beautiful Blairgowrie

Blairgowrie is located on a narrow strip of the Mornington Peninsula, facing Port Phillip in the north and Bass Strait in the south. The Metalhouse is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to both Blairgowrie beaches.
